Enterprise Training

The Employers’ Chamber and the Canterbury Development Corporation (CDC) have recently partnered in the delivery of the Enterprise Training Programme funded throughout the country by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE).

The programme is aimed at upskilling the owners and managers of small and medium sized enterprises by offering a range of business management training.  Because this training is fully funded by NZTE, the only cost to participants is their time and energy.

In addition to the workshops, the programme includes the opportunity to discuss business needs and develop a training and opportunity plan with an experienced business assessor.  Following attendance at the workshops, attendees also have the opportunity to take up one on one coaching with the workshop presenter to assist in implementing what has been learnt in the workshop.

Please note if you have not previously attended the Enterprise Training Programme, you will need to complete a Client Registration Form before registering for any workshops.

The Employers’ Chamber also offers a comprehensive range of training and events which are vailable to both members and non members of the Employers’ Chamber.  Please note these are on a user pays basis as they do not receive any government funding.
