The Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce is governed by a Board of Directors who are elected annually (by electronic voting over September/October each year unless only 12 nominations received) by members.  At the Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 21 October 2009 the Board for 2009/10 was announced as follows.
