With an ever-changing workforce dynamic, providing employees with access to business training and development is a strong tool in the ongoing battle to retain good staff. The Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce offers a wide range of business training courses in Christchurch. Courses cover a range of business disciplines including leadership, accounting, marketing, sales, human resources, employment law and health & safety.
Until further notice our training courses will be run at venues external to the Employers' Chamber. Alternatively, we can also offer in-house tailored training to suit your needs.
The 2012 training programme offered by the Employers' Chamber combines topics into a series of training sessions making it easier for members to mix and match. We have training topics grouped into the following categories:
- Health & Safety
- Sales & Marketing (including International Trade)
- Employment Law
- People & Performance
- Finance & Business Strategy
