Keith provides advice to employers across a wide range of human resource and employment relations issues including bargaining strategies and employment agreement (formerly employment contract) development. Keith represents members at mediation conferences and in collective bargaining and also when advising members on employment relationship problems and working with the member to develop practical solutions. He brings a wealth of experience to the role having worked with major shifts in employment legislation over the past 30 years.
