"The Employers’ Chamber has come through a tumultuous period in our city’s history well positioned to help the business community to rebuild their businesses. We must now ensure the accountability of local and national government bodies to ensure we rebuild a vibrant city that will allow the business community to prosper. We must also ensure that we focus on our key objectives of:
- Assisting members to improve their enterprises
- Ensuring our members can operate in a business friendly environment
"If we can help rebuild an environment that allows business to succeed, while providing our members with the services they require, then as an organisation we will have been very successful."
Scott is passionate about Christchurch and the quality of life it offers and is looking to continue to use the skills learnt during his career to ensure the future growth of Canterbury business.
