The Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce offers cost-effective training to enhance the skills and knowledge within your organisation.
Training is an important but often overlooked part of an overall human resource strategy. At the employee level, it improves skills and assists with motivation and career development. If tackled strategically, a good development programme enables your business to motivate and retain a skilled workforce now and into the future.
The 2008 training programme offered by the Employers' Chamber combines topics inot a series of training sessions making it easier for members to mix and match. From January to June 2008 we have training topics grouped into the following categories:
