CANCELLATION POLICY


It’s important to advise us if you wish to cancel or transfer your registration from a training session or event as soon as possible. In many cases there are a maximum number of attendees allowed and we have waiting lists of other members who wish to attend. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Cancellations for full refund must be advised in writing at least 10 full working days prior to the date of the course, otherwise full fees will be payable. 

Please email [email protected] or phone (03) 366 5096 as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the course or event you have registered for. All cancellation requests may incur an administration fee. 

2. If we do not receive a cancellation notice or if a participant fails to show on the day, full fees will be payable. 

3. Requests to transfer to a later course can be made, subject to availability and approval, at least 5 working days prior to the original course date.  

4. The Chamber is happy to accommodate transfers to alternative dates or times of the selected course but may incur administrative fees.  

5. A replacement participant is welcome prior to the course commencing at no additional cost. Please provide us with the details at least 1 working day prior to the course commencing. 

EVENTS

3. A replacement participant is welcome at any stage prior to the event commencing at no additional cost. Please provide us with the details at least 1 working day prior to the event commencing. 


The Chamber reserves the right to vary advertised programmes, prices and venues. 
 
Should a course or event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it or provide an alternative option for delivery where appropriate. If no suitable alternative, a full refund will be provided.
