THE WORLD OF WORK: Ensuring Performance In Your Team
What are the metrics that matter when you invest in your team?
We know the importance of continuous learning and investment in our people for the success of our business. The question is, how can we as business owners, managers and HR professionals measure the effectiveness of our investment? How do we know if it’s making a difference?
Leeanne Carson-Hughes (Executive General Manager of People and Culture, Citycare) will join us to talk through the measurements that count when you are driving performance within your organisation. We'll talk about the questions to ask, the tools to use and most importantly - what to do with those measurements once you have them. Measuring effectiveness is relevant for your organisation no matter your size.
Join us for breakfast, to network and to learn – all before 10am!
