Game Changing Immigration Adjustments - what employers need to know

Lane Neave and The Chamber invite you to a comprehensive immigration seminar on the game-changing new policy that has recently been introduced.

This seminar is a must for HR managers, in-house counsel and business owners wanting to understand the changing landscape of the new policies.

The recent changes are going to affect many businesses with far-reaching, long-term consequences. Lane Neave Partners, Mark Williams and Rachael Mason will provide a practical focus session to discuss how you can adjust, succeed and thrive in the new challenging environment, including:

  • Essential Skills Work Visas – How to manage and transition lower skilled roles into higher skilled roles or residence eligibility
  • Skilled Migrant Category – Which employees are going to find it hard to secure residence and how others can be placed on an eligibility pathway
  • Employer Accreditation – the good (renewal terms), and the bad (stricter documentation and compliance teeth)
  • Other changes on the horizon

There will be a formal seminar for 60 minutes, with an additional time for questions.  There will be an opportunity to speak to the presenters following the presentation.

Proudly brought to you with:
