Fast forward eight years, and he’s the founder of JIX Reality, a tech company creating AI- and XR-powered prototypes and acting as an innovation partner for both government and private organisations.

Sakthi describes JIX Reality as “innovation as a service,” comparing it to a mechanic’s shop: practical, adaptive, and deeply focused. The company takes on one project at a time, ensuring quality and impact over scale or flash.

From winning a local hackathon to joining the Prime Minister’s business delegation to India, Sakthi’s journey is a case study in resilience, reinvention, and building from a blank canvas.
