1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
   
   
2. Entry is free to all attendees who received a free coffee email from us and renewed their Business Canterbury membership by 1 June 2005. 
   
   
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, or any part of it, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside their control, including but not limited to technical failures, legal or regulatory changes, or other causes. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible. 
   
   
4. The Promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
   
   
5. Winners consent to their name, company name being used for public relations purposes related to this promotion. 
   
   
6. Prizes – there are two prizes that will be available to entrants to the promotion. Winners will be selected at random from a list of attendees. The prize is non-negotiable and is two spots at one of our most popular Learning and Development workshops. Winners can choose from the following workshops -
   • HR Essentials  – April 30, 2025 or
   • Accounting for Non-Accountants – May 28, 2025
   • Courageous Conversations – June 4, 2025
   • Influencing and Persuading Skills – June 12, 2025
     
     
7. Winners will be notified of their win with 14 days of the prize draw. The prize draw will be completed on Tuesday 3 June 2025.
