What is MPAG?
The Manufacturing Productivity Advisory Group (MPAG) is an independent body established by Minister Andrew Bayly to advise on strengthening New Zealand’s manufacturing sector. Comprising over 30 industry leaders from across the country, MPAG provides strategic advice on boosting productivity and resilience, with a focus on process innovation and addressing the skills gap. Through dedicated working groups and regular engagement with government, the group offers practical recommendations to support the sector’s long-term growth.
